Tip
I steamed chicken thighs, rolled out roughly in varoma on speed 2 with 1L of water in bowl with some italian herbs for 15mins.
If you dont make your own pasta not a problem but i do recommend that you try. Its very rewarding, easy & tastes sooo amazing!
I use very minimal cream and also I am still working to improve this recipe but is still a favourite! Use whatever is leftover in the fridge
Id love any feedback that you may have.

In your first step it says onion twice. I am guessing it is meant to be garlic. Just about to try it!! smells yummy
It was nice but not a fave. Thanks for posting though.
Measurements too hard to work with sorry. Very simple sounding but sauce wasn't a consistency that the family liked. Tried adding more cream yet it just didn't work for us. Sorry.
Tried again and it was much better. Best not to use shredded chicken as the consistency becomes strange. Thanks
Yummy, pleased 4 hungry boys after football. This is a winner!
Well I made the chicken carbonara last night instead of tin peas and corn I used frozen I also added a bit of mustard and used light carnation milk instead of cream it was beautiful will definitely be cooking this recipe again.
Going to try this recipe tonight looks good.
