Tip

Kids love this recipe full of pasta however you could make the sauce in the mixing bowl & steam the chicken, uncut, in the varoma with ribboned vegetables & brocollini for a more adult dish.
To make this for less people simply reduce the chicken to 300g, the pasta to 200g & the liquids to: water 400g cream 200g & wine 100g
For a vegetarian variant simply omit the chicken & replace with vegetables of choice.
The dish is so versatile so have a play with your preferred flavours. Enjoy!

    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Unfortunately a bit bland for us. Followed the recipe & think a bit less water & maybe some salt would help.

Incredible recipe. For me, pasta is the best dish I have ever cooked - there are a lot of variants, you can add everything you like and what you get in the fridge and it is fantastic for a big company, as you can cook as much as you have) When my friends from writemyessay service come to my place, I cook pasta) Maybe next time I will make this one, as the recipy is really nice and easy) And i think tasty) But I will tell you later about it Wink
