  • 30 g spring onions/shallots, diced
  • 20 g garlic cloves, peeled
  • 20 g ginger, stem, peeled and sliced into coins
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 40g g chicken stock paste
  • 700 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 250 g glutinous rice, rinsed until water runs clear
  • 1.3 litres water, or to max line
  • 20 g light soy sauce
  • 10 g fish sauce
  • 1 pinch saffron

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mince shallots, garlic and ginger for 2 sec/speed 8/MC on. Scrape bowl and repeat 1-2 times.
  2. Add olive oil, chicken stock paste and chicken. Sauté for 5 min/varoma/speed 1Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" as required
  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 25 mins/100C/speed 1 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /MC on

Tip

If you prefer shredded chicken ignore Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" function throughout.
