Beautiful and healthy. Used white wine instead of water. Skipped the cheese for my vegan friend to be able to eat it. Subbed some veggies for what I had.
Excellent hearty meal with a nice array of vegetables
Pretty good
Yum, first risotto I have ever made or fed the family and it was delicious and more flavour than I expected. Left out the olives as no one in the family eats them, added a zucchini and some chopped kale in the last few mins and it was great. Thank you!
I really liked this, it was easy to make and the hubby and 4 year old and one year old ate it all. I thought the olives wouldn't be suitable for the kids but they didn't overpower the dish at all. Will be making this again, thanks.

Doesn't like cooking...
This was yum! I used double the olives as we love them and had no mushrooms but I would definitely include mushrooms next time if I had them. From the 11 month old to the adults, it was enjoyed.
We all liked this ... from 9 years old to 40-something, this was a huge and tasty hit.
