TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Found this whilst scrolling trying to do something different with sausages ... took note of the comments about being too salty and only used 1 tsp of stock... cooked for 12 mins due to using GF pasta , also added mushrooms and celery ... will definitely make this again
Great way to use left over snags. A wee bit salty...maybe halve stock? Thanks for sharing.
Love this recipe. Can you double the recipe to serve more people?
This was great! Perfect for a bbq sausage leftover dinner.
I reduced the cream to 200gm and added a little extra water.
empty plates all round. Next time I’ll sneak in zucchini with the onion.
thanks!
Mixed comments from the family on this one. 14yr old loved it. 12 yr old said it was just OK.
Nice meal. Found it a little watery but fixed this by adding a little corn flour. Also added some chopped chives. I used garlic and onion sausages gave it a nice flavour. Quick & easy, gotta love that.
This is so good
This was super yummy. I think it may be a regular in our house. Very rich and full of flavour - maybe a little too salty, so might cut down on the veggie stock. I added more pasta - about 300g and a little extra water.I think it would be great without the sausages too.
Wow super tasty!!! Was looking for something quick, tastey & not to bad health wise...found it & the whole family loved it
We we alway have sausages & bacon in the freezer & Greek yogurt in the fridge so this seemed the easiest meal.
4 mins into the cooking stage, I added 3x sliced kale leaves which whilteed down nicely & added a bit of extra colour & health property to the meal. I also used left over Swiss cheese instead of parmesan in the last step which worked well.
This may just become a regular in our home
This was very quick & easy.
I used gluten free pasta and put it in when the water & cream went in as it takes longer. Made it FODMAP friendly with GF pasta, mostly FODMAP-friendly sausages, garlic-infused oil instead of garlic, spring onion (green ends only), lactose-free cream and FODMAP-friendly stock paste. Very pleased!
Kids ate it up too which is a bonus.
Thanks for a quick recipe.
