Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jar sundried tomatoes, (retain oil)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • 200 g water
  • 300 g Sour light cream, (or cream as desired)
  • 100 g Smoked Salmon, coarsely chopped
  • 4-6 small piece Dill, for garnish (optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Cook preferred pasta according to packet instructions (I use shells or spirals for kids).  Set aside.

  2. Place onion and garlic in TM bowl, chop 3sec speed 6.

    Add sundried tomatoes and half the oil from the jar, chop 3 sec speed 6.

    Saute 2min at 100C, speed 1.

  3. Add smoked salmon, stock and water and cook through for 3min at 100C, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

  4. Add sour light cream and heat through 2min 80C Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

    Pour over pre-cooked pasta of choice and garnish with a sprig of dill (optional)

Tip

My whole family, including toddler, love this and it's a great way to get picky eaters to eat fish.
