Great budget friendly meal. I made this last night, few changes to accomodate what I had on hand. Used 3xsmall tins of tuna, no capsicum but added frozen pea corn and carrot in the last 5 mins of cooking. Used less cheese, about 170g. Mister nearly 2 loved it
This was amazing! It was so simple to make and there was no food left over for lunches tomorrow. I did make a couple of alterations on a printed copy of this recipe (i.e. blitzed capsicum & onion longer/faster, less cheese) to suit our tastes. This is definitely going to be made again. It's already added to my favourites. Well done!
Made this from fridge and cupboard ingredients tonight. Extra vegetables - as in previous comments, half a long chilli and some Tuscan herbs. No cheese used at all, as my hubby is not a cheese fan. Really really good, going into the favourites.

Loved this, I added zucchini, mushrooms and carrot! So much yummy flavour! It's my new quick go to meal.

This is still a huge hit with the whole family - 7yo, 5yo and 3yo included! The kids asked for it all the time
I never usually leave negaitive comments on forums but this really was truly awful. My husband hated it, my 4 year old hated, my 2 year old hated it and I just ate it because i wanted to keep everyone positive. I had to make toast for the kids to give them something for dinner. Don't bother making this. There seeemd to be too much tuna in relation to the rice so it was chewy and it tasted far too cheesy. I actually felt like I was eating fishy, chewy cheese. Sorry who ever made this but just dont want others to make it and trust that it will be ok. Next time I should note that it wasn't graded.
Delicious meal - added some zucchini and red capsicum and only used about 80 grams of cheese, the kids still thought it was lovely and super cheesy!
