Ingredients
Bolognaise Sauce
- 100 grams parmesan, cubed
- 1 onion (large), quartered
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 heaped tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 heaped tablespoon TM vege stock
- 2 x 400gm tin diced tomatoes
- 5-600 grams extra lean mince
- 100 grams wine (red or white)
- 50 grams olive oil
- 1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon ground, NOT OPTIONAL
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Do
1Place parmesan cheese in TM & grate 10 sec on speed 9. Set aside
2Place onion & garlic & chop 3 sec on speed 6-7
3Add oil & saute 2 min at 100c on speed1
4Add mince,tomato paste, 1x tin tomato, wine, cinnamon, vege stock, salt & pepper cook 10 min at 100c on "Counter-clockwise operation" + "Gentle stir setting"
5Add second tin tomato & cook further 10 min at 100c on "Counter-clockwise operation" + "Gentle stir setting" placing basket instead of MC onto bowl lid.
Cook Pasta of your choice as per TM Instructions.
Serve with Parnesan cheese. Njoy
