- 250 grams cream cheese

Place the beetroot, cucumber and cream cheese into "Closed lid" and mix on speed 5 for 40-60 seconds until well combined.
Serve with crackers or carrot/celery sticks.

Always a hit!
I'm new to thermo so this is one of my first new recipes. It tastes good: but it's very runny, so I have out it in the fridge to see if it firms up a bit. It was (obviously) very easy and I will use it again! Thankyou!
