Recipe's preparation

    Cookie dough
  1. Place all Cookie ingredients into Closed lid"Closed lid" and knead for 40 seconds speed 5.

Use the spatula to assist if needed.

  2. Form dough into a ball and place in a bowl and cover. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest

  3. Roll dough between two sheets of baking papaer until 5mm thick (you may find working with half the dough at a time easier to manage)

Cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Then using a smaller round cookie cutter cut a circle from the center of each cookie shape.

Place on a lined baking tray

  4. Pre heat the oven to 180'c

  5. Stained glass windows
  6. Take the boiled lollies and crush them in the Closed lid"Closed lid" on speed 4 for 2-3 seconds.

Sprinkle a heaped teaspoon into each pre cut cookie centre.

  7. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Allow to cool completely on tray before lifting off.

These didn't really work for me. The dough was very difficult to work with and the windows just tasted like burnt sugar.

: Why do you insist on calling them "cookies" we are in Australia and they are biscuits!
