Ingredients
Chutney
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 g ginger, sliced
- 80 g onion, halved
- 20 g water
- 250 g Coconut sugar or rapadura sugar
- 700g g peeled Chocko, cubed
- 120 g white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 100 g dried cranberries

Place Garlic & Ginger into TM bowl, chop 2 sec/speed 8, scrape down sides with spatula.
Add Onion and chop 3 sec/speed 5, transfer to a bowl to set aside
Place water and sugar into TM bowl and cook 5 mins/100oC/speed 1.
Add all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 45 mins/100oC/speed 1. Place simmering basket onto lid instead of MC.
Replace basket with measuring cup, mix 10 sec/speed 4. Pour into hot rinsed jam jars with twist off lids and close immediately. Turn upside down for 10 mins to seal.
