Ingredients
CREAMY GARLIC PASTA SAUCE
- 2 cloves garlic, (peeled)
- 20 grams olive oil
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese, (room temperature)
- 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoons Fresh or dried thyme, (finely chopped)
- 150 grams Thickened or Cooking Cream
- 4 tablespoons cheese, (grated - Tasty or Parmesan) or a combination
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons chicken stock paste, (optional)
- 1 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, (over top of sauce on serving)

- 1. Place garlic into TM bowl and chop for 2 seconds, Speed 7. Using spatula scrap down side of bowl.
2. Add olive oil to bowl and saute for 3 minutes, 100°C,
speed 1, MC off.
3. Add cream cheese, parsley, thyme and thickened cream. Mix well until smooth, cooking for 4 minutes, 95°C, Speed 1.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste followed by grated cheese and chicken stock. Cook slowly for 4 minutes, 90°C, speed "Gentle stir setting"

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This quick pasta sauce is next level! Garlicky and decadent. You could add different herbs, and I used vege stock paste instead of chicken. Served with some gluten free agnolotti, it was a restaurant worthy meal.
