  • 80 g Dark Brown Sugar
  • MC water
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 160 g cured chorizo, 0.5cm slices then halved

    Steps
  1. Add onions, sugar, water & oil to bowl. Cook on Varoma, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 2 for 18 mins. MC REMOVED.

    Add chorizo and continue to cook Cook on Varoma, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 2 for 8 mins. MC REMOVED.

    Serve warm in jar or store in fridge when cooled.

Tip

This is amazing served with a cheese board, on burgers with steak.
