- 400 - 450 g brown onions, Sliced into half moons
- 80 g Dark Brown Sugar
- MC water
- 30 g olive oil
- 160 g cured chorizo, 0.5cm slices then halved

Add onions, sugar, water & oil to bowl. Cook on Varoma, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 2 for 18 mins. MC REMOVED.
Add chorizo and continue to cook Cook on Varoma, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 2 for 8 mins. MC REMOVED.
Serve warm in jar or store in fridge when cooled.

This is amazing served with a cheese board, on burgers with steak.
