- 1. Chop garlic cloves 4sec/speed 6 and scrape down sides
2. Add all remaining ingredients and cook 10mins/Varoma/speed 3 MC OFF
3. Stir sauce to make sure it’s not sticking and then cook 6mins/Varoma/speed 3 MC OFF
Tip
Hot English mustard can be replaced with Dijon mustard in this recipe.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
