    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

The second recipe I've cooked unsupervised and it's a winner!
I only had 75g peanut butter so that's all I used but I think it was ok. As it was a "natural" one with no sugar in it I felt I should've added a bit of sugar to balance it.
Aside from that, I don't think it need tweaking flavour-wise. Though I would probably add some red chilli in with the onion if I were cooking just for myself.
Very easy to follow. I did cook in my TM31 not a TM5 but everything was well below the max line.

    Yum!!!
This is an easy basic satay recipe. I used a level tablespoon of curry powder instead of 2 heaped teaspoons, and used cauliflower rice as suggested. I also used chicken thighs because I think they have more flavour.

Great recipe with every day ingredients! I added more curry powder. Definitely worth using sesame oil - really adds to the flavour.

This was so quick to make and everyone enjoyed it - served with rice and roast veggies. I’d definitely make this again.
