Great alternative to egg mayo. Mine goes a bit lumpy for some reason but it still does the job.

This is a great recipe - so easy.

I halved the mix as I just needed enough to put on a salad.

I used Lactose Free Milk and Moro Light Taste Olive Oil.

My flavourings were: 1 tsp Dijon Mustard and 1 tsp Maple Syrup. I found that I used maybe 2-3 pinches of salt and used the juice of a one whole lemon to get that perfect salty-tangy flavour. Plus a little bit of black pepper to give it a little kick.

It's a case of adding the ingredients in, mix them for 15 seconds or so, tasting, and adding more flavours to build the taste.

Oh, and I'm allergic to garlic so I didn't add that in.

    Very nice!

Being pregnant I can't eat egg mayo even though I love it! This is an awesome substitute, turned mine into tartar sauce for crumbed fish. Really good!

This worked perfectly. I can't have raw egg being pregnant but now I can still have Mayo. Thankyou
