  • 1000 g cold water
  • 500 g marshmallows

Recipe's preparation

    Butter preparation
  1. Put the butterfly into the Thermie bowl & pour in the cream

  2. Whip on speed 4 for about 2 mins or until the solids (butter) has separated from the liquid (buttermilk)

  3. Take out the butterfly and strain the butter & squeeze out buttermilk

  4. Add 500g cold water and wash butter on speed 4 for 20 seconds

  5. Strain & squeeze water out again & repeat washing again with another 500g cold water

  6. Strain & squeeze water again then take out and set butter aside

  7. Marshmallow preparation
  8. No need to wash the Thermie bowl after taking the butter out, just add the marshmallows & blitz on speed 5 for 5 seconds

  9. Melt on 50degrees for 2 mins on reverse, slow speedCounter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"

  10. Loosen melted marshmallow from the bottom of the Thermie bowl then add the butter back in and blitz for 20 seconds

  11. Serving suggestions
  12. Spread on bread & sprinkle with hundreds & thousands

  13. Toss through popcorn

  14. Spread on your favourite plain sweet biscuits & top with jellybeans or smarties

  15. Use as a filling in scrolls
