I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Use the pizza dough recipe in the EDC (makes 4)
- Make your topping while waiting for dough to rise in Thermo Server or Mat
- Place your chunks of red capsicum and parsley (in that order) into the Thermo
- Blitz on speed 6 for 2-3 seconds
- Take out and set aside
- Put your garlic & onion into Thermo and blitz on speed 7 for 5 seconds
- Add oil and saute on 100c speed 1 for 2 mins
- Add mince, tomato paste and veggie stock concentrate and cook on 100c speed 2 for 10mins (leave the MC off so steam can evapourate).
- Warm your oven to 220c and line 2 trays with baking paper
- Divide the dough into 4 oval shaped portions and roll out with a floured rolling pin
- Fold the edges over to form the pointed oval shape like that in my photo
- Spread meat topping over bases followed by parsley capsicum topping
- Bake for 10-15mins
- Take out, sprinkle with Sumac & Chilli flakes (if desired) then drizzle with Lemon juice

Tip
I love Cumin and like to sprinkle it on the meat topping before the parsley capsicum mix goes on. Gives it that extra middle eastern flavour....

Love this recipe, done it twice already, but used turkey mince instead and turnsout very good indeed.
Thanks for sharing the recipe, my guests loved it. Both times I had leftovers from the cooked mince so I froze it and used it for a dinner meal for my toddler with rice. Works out perfect.
I took photos both times but not sure how to upload here. I just did different shape from the photo, smalll circles so I could have more quantity instead of a few big ones.
This will be coming soon to my blog www.ajourneyinmykitchen.com

Absolutely loved this recipe, we order Lahmacun when we go to our local Turkish takeout but not any more.
Taste great, the only thing I did different was drain the capsicum parsley mix because it was very wet.
This is a keeper in our house, thanks for recipe.
