Garlic Pizza Sauce
- 15 grams olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 20 grams plain flour
- 1/4 tsp dried italian herbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper, ground
- 180 grams Milk
- 180 grams cream

- Peel garlic and place garlic (4 cloves) into mixing bowl. Chop 6 seconds, speed 7.
- Scrape down sides of bowl. Add oil (20g). Cook 3 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.
- Add remaining ingredients: plain flour (20g), dried Italian herbs (1/4tsp), salt (1/4 tsp), pepper (1/4 tsp), milk (180g), cream (180g).
- Cook using "Thickening" thicken mode.
- Allow to cool slightly then spoon onto pizza bases (in place of a tomato base sauce) and top with cheese.
- Pour any leftover sauce into a jar and refrigerate for up to 5-7 days.
