- juice of 1 lemon, med-large
- 2-3 cm knob of ginger, peeled
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder, (or curry powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, celtic/himalayan

Tip

Delicious! Had this on tabouli with falafel and it was perfect.
This is delicious! I used grated Parmesan cheese instead of yeast flakes (I didn't have any) and it all worked beautifully. Served it over some roasted vege, yummmo!
