The sauce was yum- I added half a capsicum to it as I wanted to use it up. I also didn't add any sugar. Definitely still tastes great without it.

I would consider this more like a vegan meatball rather than gnocchi. Unfortunately it was a little on the dry side and cracked/fell apart easily. I followed the ingredients exact and had gluten free breadcrumbs. What do you suggest I try to make it stick together? Do you think more of the chia egg?
    Thanks!

This is fantastic! I added extra nutritional yeast that made it extra tasty. Next time I might try leaving out the sugar, but it was delicious!

Why not give potato a try and comment back on whether it works. I imagine it would. A great idea for those who are soy-free.

Looks delicious! Do you think you could use boiled potatoe instead of soy?

This is a really great recipe, it's nice to have something new to try! I loved the flavour of these and was too happy to lick the spoon (and bowl) when making the mix tmrc_emoticons.;) . I just added some bottled pasta sauce, but will definitely try making the sauce next time.
