- 500 grams lemon juice

Insert Butterfly. Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and cook 12 min/80*C/speed 3.
check to see that the mixture has reached setting point by inserting a spoon. Mixture should coat the back of the spoon in a thick layer.
If not set, cook a further 2 - 3 minutes, or until desired consistency is achieved.
Pour into a container, allow to cool and then refrigerate.
