- 1/4 onion
- 170 grams fresh lemon juice
- 170 grams water
- 250 grams honey
- 2 tablespoons braggs sauce or soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dried Oragano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 pinch dried chilli flakes to taste

Put garlic and onion in bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 6. Add all other ingrediants 20secs/rev/speed 4.
Put into a salad jar or jar of choice. Will keep for 3 mths in fridge.
