had no cream so used butter and milk - yum yum. Wasn't even warm after 4 mins, so cooked another 4
I made this sauce last night, it was great and very easy to make, next time my one small change will be to halve the TM vege stock as it was a little salty for my taste.
My apologies, there was a typo, should be 50 grams of water not 500 grams. I have corrected the recipe and tried it and it is fine........according to the family ! Very sorry
No idea how you can get a thick, tasy sauce in 4 minutes. I used 400g water instead of 500 because I always find most recipes have too much liquid. After 4 minutes the temp was only up to 60 degrees and all I had was an extremely thin, tasteless sauce. Added another 2 tbsp dijon, another 2 tbsp corn flour and cooked on 90 degrees, speed 3 for 15 minutes with mc off.
