Ingredients
- 1 litre Boiling water
- 10 fresh peaches
- 440 g raw sugar
- 250 g white vinegar
- 60 g lemon juice
- 250 g craisins
- 1 --- Small brown onion
- 5g ground cinnamon
- 5g ground ginger
- 5g ground cloves
- 5g ground allspice

Place raw sugar in TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds.
Place peaches in separate bowl of boiling water for 30 seconds, drain peel and seed.
Place peaches in TM bowl with sugar along with the rest of the ingreidents. Cook for 20 minutes, varoma temperature speed 3 "Counter-clockwise operation" with basket on top of lid to stop splashing.
Cook further until thickens to chutney consistency approx another 15 minutes
Let it cool, store in clean jars and refrigerate until required.
Great with cold meats, roast meats and cheese board

This is really good. I only had dried cranberries but turned out well. Next time I'd cut the sugar down a little as it's a bit sweet for me
Delicious flavor, cooked extra 15-20 mins to reduce further. Still made 5 x 290 Gm jars !
Yum with cheese and any type of meat. Could also use in "Apricot Chicken" 😋

I made this recipe using blackboy peaches ... it's so tasty with a cheese board or cold meats!

Sorry just seen your post, you can use dried cranbery as it is a little sour. But on the other hand if you tried it with raisins let me know how it turned out.
I don't have any craisins can i use raisins instead? or should i just leave them out?
