This was lovely and so easy to make! I would prefer more of a basil flavour to it though, so next time I'll add a heap more.

I loved this dish!!! As my quantity of pork was larger than recipe I also added a red capsicum. I added basil in the last 2minutes of the second round of cooking.
I think this would be lovely with chicken, prawns or beef too!!

I'm new to this so a couple of questions please help

    1. What does MC mean?

    2. Does Varoma temp mean on 100c as per book? Cooking 4

    Flavoursome

thanks to the comments by KristelB I reduced first cook to 5 minutes and steamed carrots and beans in the Varoma while it cooked.

i found it a tiny salty which I put down to my stock paste - not the recipe

This was fantastic and simple. Loved it! We did tweak it however:

    - We like lots of bold flavourn so with the basil we also added thyme and rosemary.

    - We cooked the pork for 5 minutes less in the first step of cooking than stipulated

which stopped the pork from drying out a little. (We used pork fillet

    and it was perfect).

    - We also steamed some carrots and broccoli in the varoma at the same time as cooking,

and then served it all with steamed rice.

Definitely a 'go to' recipe we are adding to the list to do again!

Very nice. I steamed some broccoli and carrots in the varoma while everything was cooking and added them to stir through in the last 15 seconds. Worked really well.

Beautiful and light!   We served with Cauliflower rice for a great friendly healthy dinner!

Kids enjoyed and I snuck in broccoli which turned it green but worth it to get the extra veg into it!
