Ingredients
Sesame Butter
- 30 grams sesame seeds, Unpeeled
- 10 g coriander seeds
- 2-4 sprigs coriander leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 g Butter, room tempreture
- 1-2 pinches Piment and salt
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice

1. Place sesame and coriander seeds into the TM bowl.
2. Roast them for 5 min, on 100C on reverse on speed 2.
3. Set half of the seeds aside.
4. Add coriander leaves and the garlic and chop it for 3-5 secs, on speed 5.
5. Add the butter, piment and salt and after taste the amount of lemon juice and mix this all together for 5 secs on speed 4.
6. Then add the rest of the seeds and mix it again for 3-4secs, on speed 5.
Method
Tip
You can spread the butter 1cm thick on an aliminuim foil and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Then you can cit out peices with dough cutters like stars or hearts or halfmoons etc.
