Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 - Add sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, baby spinach and oil to the TM Bowl.

     

    2 - Turbo for 1/2 a second x 3 times. Check and turbo again if needed.

     

    3 - Scrap down bowl and add cream cheese.

     

    4 - Mix for 40seconds, sp 4

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     This dip is yummy! I used goat's feta, which has a stronger flavour than cow's feta.

    My sundried tomatoes were marinated with garlic and capers, and I used the olive oil from them instead of plain olive oil.

    The flavour is delicious! Very hard to stop eating this one  tmrc_emoticons.)

    This dip got great comments from everyone who tasted it.  I found it was better once it had been out of the fridge a little while.  Will definitely be making it again.
