Creamy Chocolate Wafer Slice
- 1 package Tisa Wafer Biscuits
- 400 g CSweetened Condensed Milk
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 400-500 g Chocolate Buttons
- Walnuts (grated)

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Grate walnuts to preferred size (approx 2/3 presses on turbo) - set aside
Place chocolate into TM bowl and chop for 15seconds sp8
Once grated, melt chocolate for 4mins, 50degrees, speed 3
Cook for a further 1min, 37degree, speed 3
Add sweetened condensed milk & butter and mix on speed 5 till all combined
Lay one Tisa Wafer on your tray, cover with a layer of "creamy chocolate" mixture then repeat till all "wafer" biscuits have been used.
Top with chopped walnuts
Refrigerate till set

Hi Patsy
Tisa Wafers can be bought from european delis and some fruit shops that sell european goodies. If you google "tisa wafers" you can see what the pack looks like to help you find them. They are basically "wafer biscuits" that are a4 paper size. Enjoy!
