- 400 g Fresh strawberries
- 2 stalks fresh rhubarb
- 100 g honey
- 20 g chia seeds
- zest of half a lemon

1. Chop the green ends off the strawberries and place everything into the Thermomix bowl and cook for 30 mins/100/speed 1, stirring once halfway. Use the simmering basket on top instead of the measuring cup.
2. Poor mixture into jar and cool before storing in the fridge.

Surprisingly good. I tripled the batch as I had a heap of strawberries to use up and cooked it for one hour. Much better than the sugar laden other options.
Great recipe, used it a few times & you can change the fruit you use
