Recipe's preparation

    Thai Chilli and Plam Sugar dip
  1. Place plam sugar and chillies in TM bowl and chop for 15 seconds on speed 8

    Add water, and heat for 3 minutes at 90 degrees, speed 2, until sugar is dissloved

    Cool slightly

    Add butterfly, salt and lemon juice and whisk for 15 seconds on speed 3

    Cool and serve with fresh, crisp apple slices

     

Tip

Can be stored in fridge indefinitely
