What a divine recipe. I made this today (gluten free variant) and I used Chang's Gluten Free Light Soy Sauce and as I didn't have any light olive oil, I used avocado oil. I used brown sugar instead of raw sugar and I halved all the ingredients and cooked as per the regular quantity. It was divine. This was the best crunchy noodle salad dressing I have ever had. Thank you.

I love this dressing. So easy to make and so much cheaper than buying the Asian salad dressing. And you know exactly what is in it. Thank you
