1. Mill sugar for 10 seconds speed 9.
2. Add all other ingredients and heat 100degrees, 3minutes on speed 3.
Add to salad ingredients (cabbage, bean sprouts, capsicum, carrots, and/or spring onion and serve with chicken, tuna or without meat)

What a divine recipe. I made this today (gluten free variant) and I used Chang's Gluten Free Light Soy Sauce and as I didn't have any light olive oil, I used avocado oil. I used brown sugar instead of raw sugar and I halved all the ingredients and cooked as per the regular quantity. It was divine. This was the best crunchy noodle salad dressing I have ever had. Thank you.

Awesome dressing very tasty
This is great thank you very easy I did however reduce the oil to 30g & it was still yummy.
I have made this salad hundreds of times but this was the quickest & easiest by far!
