- 1 onion, peeled and quatered
- 50 grams olive oil
- 500 grams Frozen baby peas
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 100 grams water

Place dill into and chop for 5 seconds on speed 6. Transfer to a
separate bowl and set aside.Place onion into and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Add oil to and saute for 2 minutes at 100˚C on speed 1.
Insert Butterfly. Add peas, salt, sugar and water. Cook for 20 minutes at 100˚C + .
Place the cooked peas in a bowl and garnish with the chopped dill. Serve at room temperature.
