  • 1/2 bunch Dill, washed and dried
  • 1 onion, peeled and quatered
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 500 grams Frozen baby peas
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 grams water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place dill into Closed lid and chop for 5 seconds on speed 6. Transfer to a
    separate bowl and set aside.

  2. Place onion into Closed lid and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.

  3. Add oil to Closed lid and saute for 2 minutes at 100˚C on speed 1.

  4. Insert Butterfly. Add peas, salt, sugar and water.  Cook for 20 minutes at 10Counter-clockwise operation + Gentle stir setting.

  5. Place the cooked peas in a bowl and garnish with the chopped dill. Serve at room temperature.
