Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Literally omg flavour explosion! I crisped up the bacon in the air fryer before adding to the cream mixture. This has to be the best potato bake I have ever eaten!
Such an amazing potato bake, delicious and so easy and quick. I used long life milk and a few slices of ham. Thank you for sharing this awesome recipe. Will definitely be making again.
This potato bake is amazing! I made it for Christmas Day BBQ and was a huge hit. I added a chicken stock cube and it's delicious. I will definitely be making this again!
Great recipe, thank you.
At first I was worried about chopping the potatoes in the thermomix but it turned out great. I added 2 tsp of minced garlic and omitted the bacon. It was a hit, 5 stars!
This recipe has brought potato bake back to my family dinner table. Highly recommend.
Delicious! Made this to take to a bbq and it was polished off. Also added garlic as per previous comments
Wow this was so quick and easy and very delicious. I love the fact that you dont have to slice the potatoes. I read the comments and also decided to add garlic for extra flavour. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe.
A different spin on the traditional potato bake. Much easier and cooks quicker. A hit here!
