- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tablespoons TM Vegetable stock paste
- 1 litre water
- 2 sprigs fresh basil, Leaves only

Place onion and garlic into TM bowl and chop 2 seconds, speed 5
Add cumin and olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes / 100 deg C / speed 1
Add broccoli and zucchini, chop 6 seconds / speed 4.5
Add stock, water and basil and cook for 20 minutes / 100 deg C / speed 2
Purée for 50 seconds, increasing speed to 10. Serve.

Apologies, I just realised this is a low carb recipe so my suggestions don't fit the description 😬
Thanks for your recipe, which I made tonight. I used half a large zucchini and a large head of broccoli (650gm of green vegetables), 4 garlic cloves and a couple of tablespoons of nutritional yeast. I found it a little bland and watery but will let it sit for a bit and then stir some vegan cream cheese through it and pop some nutritional yeast on top.
I think it would benefit from a couple of potatoes or some cashews blitzed through for creaminess 😁 Thanks again, I always appreciate people taking the time to post a recipe

This is a lovely tastey soup
I added a carrot and 1tbsp veg stock paste, 1tbsp chicken stock paste. Next time I will add 2tbsp of chicken stock paste for more flavor. Thanks for sharing.
tastes not great
not bad! quite nice, not crazy tasty but healthy. Just used one broccoli and large zucchini. Used homemade chicken stock. This recipe is good for the GAPS diet.
