- 100 grams Cheddar cheese, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, halved
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20 grams olive oil
- 400 grams cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 1 carrot, roughly chopped
- 400 grams potato, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons TM Veg Stock Concentrate

Place cheese in a clean dry bowl and chop for 5-10 sec Speed 9
Set aside
Place onion and garlic in the bowl and chop 3sec/Speed 9
Add olive oil and saute 2min/100degrees/speed2 with mc off
Add Cauliflower, carrot and potato and chop 5-10sec/speed6
Add the TM stock paste and 600g water.
Cook 14min/100degrees/speed 2 MC on.
Blend 1 min, slowly increasing speed 1-10
Add cheese, blend 20sec/speed4
