Ingredients

  • 300 grams chicken thighs, minced
  • 180 grams cauli flowerettes
  • 250 grams peeled and halved parsnips
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams almonds, ground
  • 1 onion
  • 45 grams olive oil
  • 2 tbsp TM veg stock
  • half teaspoon sweet paprika, ground

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180

    Place cauli an parsnips on lined baking tray .drizzle with 25ml of the oil and bake till tender and golden (30 to $% minutes.

    Place onion and garlic in TM bowl.Chop 3 second on Speed 7.

    Add 20 ml. of oil to bowl and saute 3 mins. Veroma speed 1

    Place cooked cauli and parsnips into bowl and chop 10 seconds Speed 4.

    Now add chicken,almonds TM paste paprika and 850 gms of water.

    Cook 28 minutes 100 degrees Reverse speed 1.Use spatula occasionally to assist movement of ingredients.

    Really tasty soup.Two tips for ease of making, mill almonds first, remove. Then mince chicken and remove. Then without washing the bowl add the onion etc. So easy and very healthy too. 2 out of 3 kids enjoyed.
