Recipe's preparation

    Chicken Stock
  1. Place  water in TM bowl

    Place bones or carcasses in Varoma dish

    Place the Varoma with the chicken into position

    Set for 45-60 minutes Varoma temperature soft speed

    At the end of cooking discard chicken bones or carcasses

    Leave to cool and refridgerate or freeze.

    I find it quite oily too. After the first round, I'll actually put the carcasses into my crockpot for some chinese herbal soup. I love knowly that I fully utilise my ingredients!! I love this recipe, it just simple and convenient for me. sometimes i throw in some ginger and spring onion (white part) to get rid of the chicken smell. thank you for sharing!!  tmrc_emoticons.;)

    Hi,

    Sorry has taken so long to reply.  It should only reduce too approx 1,.5ltr as it is a liquid stock.

    Can you give more information? i did this today and it really hasn't reduced to much is it sopposed to be just a liquid? it reduced to about 1.5L after cooking for 60mins. i've seen the traditional chicken stock recipes which i prob will try next really not sure about this one.
