Soup
- 1 tbsp Rice Bran Oil
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
- 2 sticks celery, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp chicken stock paste
- 1 litre water
- 3 Chicken thigh fillets, skinless
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 Medium Sweet Potato, diced into 2cm cubes
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Add all vegetables except the sliced carrot and sweet potato to the TM bowl and chop for 4 seconds speed 6.
Add oil and cook 7 minutes/Varoma/reverse/speed 1.
Add stock, water and chicken thigh fillets. Cook 40 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.
Turn dial slowly to 8 for 10 seconds.
Add sliced carrot and sweet potato. Cook for 15 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
