Ingredients
- 3 spring onions, trimmed and washed, one thinly sliced and set aside for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable stock concentrate
- 420 gram can of creamed corn
- 125 gram can of corn kernals, drained and rinsed
- 950 grams warm water
- 180 grams Cooked shredded chicken
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Add peeled garlic cloves, 2 of the 3 spring onions into mixing bowl, 5 sec/ speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Place stock, creamed corn, corn kernals, warm water and cook 100 C/ 10 min/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1.
Add chicken, soy and chilli sauce cook at 100 C/ 10 min/ "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1.
Add egg whites then seasame oil through lid hole while TM is running on "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1.
Divide between bowls and top with remaining spring onion. Serve and Enjoy
Tip
This is my favourite chicken and sweet corn soup that I have adjusted to a TM recipe. The original recipe asked for 1L of boiling water then add another cup of cold water - I have combined the amounts and changed to warm water. It worked just fine!
