Ingredients
SOUP
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 3 spring onion
- 2 fillets chicken breast
- 2 x420 grams canned super sweet corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1000 grams chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons water mixed with
- 4 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 eggs slightly whisked

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Roughly chop Spring Onions.
2. Roughly slice chicken breast into 2cm wide strips.
3. Add Garlic and Spring Onions to the TM Bowl, 5 Secs, Speed 5. Scrape down the sides.
4. Add Oil & Saute' for 2 Minutes, Temp 100, Speed "Gentle stir setting" .
5. Scrape down sides & repeat step 4.
6. Drain fluid (fluid can be discarded) from 1 can of Corn Kernels, add corn to TM bowl & blend for 10 Secs, Speed 7 .
7. Add 1 complete can of Corn Kernels and Chicken Stock to TM Bowl.
8. Place chicken into Varoma Tray and fit to top of TM.
9. Cook for 15 mins, Varoma temp, Reverse, Speed 1.
10. Ensure chicken is cooked, chop into small pieces and add to TM bowl. Cook for 5 mins, Varoma, Reverse, "Gentle stir setting" - add Cornflour mixed with water through the lid & then add the whisked Eggs during this cooking time.
You may need to give the soup a slight whisk if the egg cooks...

Lovely, I added the cornflour mix in the last minute of cooking time and the egg in the last 30 seconds. I also added a splash of soy sauce when I added the cornflour. Think I might add some fresh ginger next time too.
