I made this, but was a bit disappointed - it was a bit thinner than I was expecting. And the taste while nice, was nothing exceptional.
The chicken didn't cook in the time suggested. As I didn't want to overcook the soup, I ended up chopping it up and finishing it in the microwave. If I make the soup again I would chop it up a bit before putting in the Veroma.
Made this yesterday, used 5 bunches of asparugus $5 for 7 bunches at local market. Great recipe if anything bit salty I would reduce stock paste to 1 teaspoon. But that maybe as I used up prepackaged low salt chicken stock. Winner for me I was really impressed with the flavour and texture, hubby loved it for lunch. I'm also new to thermo cooking and cooked chicken on top tray varoma so was still raw, I had to redo for 5 minutes in lower tray for5 mins worked a treat. New favourite soup! Top marks
