Recipe's preparation

  1.  

     

    Method:

    • Peel garlic and onion (quarter this) and drop into bowl with blade spinning on speed 10
    • Scrape down bowl sides and blitz again on speed 10 until onion is chopped.
    • Add 50g oil 
    • Saute 5 min / varoma / speed 1 - no MC
    • Peel carrots and potatoes, roughly chop and place in thermomix
    • Add brocolli, other veg and stock cube
    • Cook 20 - 30 mins / 100c / rotation / speed 1
