Ingredients

Indian Green Soup

  • 900 g Potato, diced
  • 75 g Onions - Quarters
  • 2 cm Ginger (fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp coriander, ground
  • 2 tsp cumin, ground
  • 5 tbsp coriander, fresh
  • 1/2 chilli, green
  • 275 g peas
  • 600 g chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 g cream
  • 3/4 tsp salt fine

Recipe's preparation

    Indian Cream Soup
  1. Chop onion and ginger for 5 seconds on speed 5.

    2. Add diced potatoes, chicken stock, ground coriander, ground cumin and cook for 30 minutes at 100 on speed 1. 

    3. Add fresh coriander, peas, green chilli, salt and lemon juice and cook for a further 3 minutes at 100 on speed 1.

    4. Add cream and blend for 30 seconds on speed 7.
