Ingredients
e.g. Soup
- 1 Onion, peeled and halved
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Large Potato, peeled and roughly chopped
- 8-10 Green Butter Lettuce leaves
- 250 grams Frozen or Fresh Peas
- 1 handful of fresh Mint
- 1 Handful of Fresh Chives
- 700 grams water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons natural Yoghurt or Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons TM vegetable stock concentrate
- salt and pepper to taste

Place onion and garlic in bowl and chop for 5 seconds, speed 5.
Saute with olive oil for 3 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Add potato, lettuce, peas, mint, chives, vegetable stock concentrate and water. Cook for 20 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Once cooked puree soup by slowly going from speed 1 to speed 8 for 40 seconds.
Add in lemon juice and yoghurt/cream and slowly mix in using speed 2 for 15 seconds.
Season to taste.
Garnish with chives and mint.
