Potato and Vegetable Soup
- 300 grams Potato., Cut into 3 cm pieces
- 80 grams brown onion, Halved
- 1 clove Garlic.
- 100 grams carrots
- 100 grams zucchini
- 100 grams cauliflower
- 100 grams broccoli
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 tablespoon TM Vegetable Paste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 600 grams water
- 20 grams Butter

Place all ingredients other than butter into TM bowl and cook 25min/100degrees/speed 1
Add butter and blend 1 min/speed 5-10, increasing speed gradually
Serve hot.

Tip
You can use any vegetables you have in your fridge, just make sure they add up to 400gm.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
