Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 brown onion
- 60 grams olive oil
- 400 grams sweet potato, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 400 grams cauliflower, cut into florets
- 800 grams water
- 2 tablespoons TM Vegetable stock paste

Preheat over to 180 degrees0
1. Peel and chop sweet potato into chunks and put in bag or container
2. Add cumin and 1 tbsp olive oil
3. Shake to coat
4. Put in the oven on a lined baking tray for 30 minutes to roast
5. Add onion and garlic to TM bowl.
6. Chop 3 seconds spd 5 and scrape down bowl
7. Add remaining olive oil (35 gms)
8. Saute 5 minutes, Varoma, spd 1
9. Add cauliflower to bowl
10. Chop 5 seconds, spd 5
11. Scrape down bowl and chop again if necessary
12. Add water and stock to bowl
13. Add roasted sweet potato to bowl
14. Cook 20 minutes, 100 degrees, spd 1
15. Puree 1 minute spd 9, gradually going from spd 1 - 9
16. Serve Immediately
Tip
Sweet potato can be prepared in advance
Can be served with a dollop of sour cream and coriander or parsley but is delicious on its own.

Was lovely. Thanks for adding this recipe. Hubby had it for lunch with fresh GF bread and toddler had it heated up with GF pasta as it thickened in the fridge and made a yummy pasta sauce type dish. He ate 2 bowls. Very happy mummy here.
