Comments
Thai chicken balls will be a favourite in this house.
I pan fried mine and they came out more moist than my oven baked ones.
I also substituted the breadcrumbs with rice flour, as I did not have bread in the house. The amount was close to the breadcrumbs weight, but I judged by the feel of the raw meatballs as to how much to add.
I did not add a fresh chilli, but used 0.5 ml chilli powder.
Are these freezable??
kids loved them
great recipe and quick and easy to do
Delicious - thank you! I made them with gluten-free flour and cornflakes which I crumbed in the TM. Omitted the Oyster Sauce as didn't have any GF but still a big hit with the family and hopefully at the party tonight!
