Ingredients

- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 stick Celery, chopped
- 1 onion, quartered
- 500 grams Sausage Mince
- 2 sheets Puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon hoisin or BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- salt to taste

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180C fan forced.
2. Add celery, carrot & onion to bowl and chop 7 seconds speed 5.
3. Add sausage mince, hoisin sauce or BBQ sauce - which ever you are using, tomato sauce, garlic & salt and mix "Dough mode" for 1min 30 secs.
4. Cut pastry in half & place approx 3/4 cup mince accross the middle of the pastry to make large sausage rolls or down the centre for smaller rolls.
5. Cut in half or into 6-8 pcs.
6. Cook for approx 20 mins or until nice & brown.
