    5. Chop onion 5sec/Sp5 add to bowl with bread mixture.

    6. Add mince and all remaining ingredients to mixture.

I choose to mix my mixture by hand wearing gloves but you could certainly do this in thermie.

METHOD: Portion mixture into 4, place on pasrty sheets and roll pastry to make your sausage rolls.

I also brush mine with milk using a pastry brush, adding sesame or poppy seeds.

Bake in hot oven for approximately 20 mins until golden.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These were okay but a little bland. I cut the pastry sheet in half. Wasn't sure if I was meant to but seemed too big otherwise. They also took waaaay longer than 20minutes to cook. I ended up cooking them on a cooking rack as the liquid that was escaping the rolls was making the bottoms soggy.

This was so yummy!!! Only changes were I used mozzarella cheese as no Parmesan & just added it at the end with everything else. Also added 1 teaspoon vegetta chicken stock powder/seasoning. Sprinkled sesame seeds & Rosemary sprigs on top of puff pastry! The family loved it & so did our Neighbour's! (My Neighbour's gave us the silverbeet & id never cooked with it before I found your recipe!) thank you for sharing tmrc_emoticons.)

Gobbled up by my hungry family. No-one here is a massive silverbeet fan, but this is an awesome way of using it tmrc_emoticons.)
